Gabrielle's Story
After graduating, I hung around Downers Grove for a few years, working full time at a bookstore in the Yorktown Mall. I was also helping to take care of my mother who had cancer. She died in 1982. I think the two people from my past who I'd most like to see again is Linda Cervenka and Cyndi Figura, because they were my best friends that last year of school. We had the best time that last year of high school. Remember the water fights we'd have on the way to and from DAVEA?
